In addition to the CSU Mentor application, you need to :

• Take the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) - See Department Graduate Program page for guidelines on the typical scores expected
• Take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) exam if you are an International Student
• Submit 3 letters of recommendation from current or previous employers or faculty
• Submit a current resume
• Submit a statement of purpose clearly listing your career goals and why you are seeking a graduate degree in Industrial Technology

Your application will not be considered until all the above and the official test scores for the GRE and TOEFL (for International Students) have been received. You will also need to send an official transcript from each college or university you have attended to:
